Our General Surgery consultants at The Foscote Hospital in Banbury perform a number of specialist surgical procedures, with a focus on treatments for acute abdominal conditions including hernias, gallstones and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GORD).
General surgery procedures at The Foscote Hospital include hernia repairs (inguinal, umblical, paraumbilical, femoral and epigastric), gall bladder surgery (cholecystectomy), anti-reflux surgery, colorectal surgery and surgery for the removal of haemmorrhoids, fistula and pilonidal sinus. Our general surgeons also remove benign skin lesions and perform varicose vein surgery, in addition to performing elective diagnostic laparoscopy.
