Mr Jeremy Crew specialises in general urology, haematuria and Prostate-specific antigen (PSA), bladder and prostate cancer; benign prostatic hyperplasia, lower urinary tract symptoms; stone disease, prostatitis along with vasectomy and vasectomy reversal.
Training and background
Mr Jeremy Crew qualified from Cambridge University in 1989 and received specialist urological training in London and Oxford. This was complemented by subspecialist training in urological cancer in Switzerland, New York and Egypt. He has provided NHS services to Oxford, Banbury and the surrounding regions since 2001. He runs a tertiary service for complex bladder cancer and the management of superficial bladder cancer and has a specialist interest in the management of localised and advanced prostate cancer.
Research and teaching
Mr Crew is urology cancer lead within the Oxford Radcliffe Hospital Trust and is part of the National Cancer Peer Review team. He is one of the founder members of the national Action for Bladder Cancer (ABC) group.
